Join a team that knows
why it comes to work.

GreenTech Industries attracts people who bring real expertise in
engineering, operations, digital and commercial work, and who connect with
what the business is here to do: get the most value from every battery,
with the least waste. That combination is rare, and it's what makes
the work here different.

Why GTI

Every role here shapes
what GTI becomes.

We're building the UK's critical infrastructure for a transition that's already happening. End-of-life EV batteries are entering the market in growing volumes, the legislation that governs them is tightening, and the UK needs a domestic supply chain big enough to process them. GreenTech Industries is building that capacity.

If you want to do precise work on a problem that's new to the industry, we'd like to hear from you.

  • Expertise

The founders spent their careers inside the UK's most advanced battery programmes. We hire to that standard: people with hands-on experience of the work, and apprentices learning it alongside them.

  • Purpose

What happens to a battery at end of life affects materials security, domestic supply chains and the communities that live with the waste when it's handled badly. Everyone at GTI works with that in mind.

  • Scale

GTI runs three facilities across Sucham Park and Westfield Road, and the operation is still growing. The people who join now help shape how it runs.

Apprenticeships

An apprenticeship
on a working production line.

GreenTech Industries launched its first apprenticeship programme in September 2026, covering robotics, business and management. Apprentices learn across the business, from the precision disassembly line to the teams that run it, with paid learning days and a formal qualification funded by GTI.
